Suha Karzoon joined Mumtalakat in September 2014 and is currently Managing Director – Finance and Technology, overseeing the Finance, Treasury and Information Technology functions. She is responsible for implementing effective financial policies and controls, transparent and accurate financial reporting and providing state of the art technology platforms to support business objectives. She has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, audit, advisory and statutory reporting services.

Prior to holding this role, Suha was Chief Operating Officer, overseeing Legal, Risk Management, Human Resources and Administration, and Information Technology. She was also responsible for corporate governance practices at Mumtalakat and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements where needed.

Suha was formerly Vice President - Finance and support at Tamkeen, Bahrain’s labour fund. She has also held different managerial positions at KPMG International.

She currently serves as a board member of Bahrain International Circuit and Gulf Hotels Group, and has previously served as a board member of Aluminium Bahrain (Alba).

Suha is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Bahrain.
