The Strategic Investments team oversees a portfolio of both Bahrain-based strategic investments and international direct investments.
The investments range across a number of different industries and across several geographies.
In Bahrain, the team oversees several of the largest players in critical non-oil and gas sectors which include Aluminium Bahrain (Alba), Batelco, National Bank of Bahrain (NBB), and Edamah.
Internationally, the team oversees investments across several industries, including: McLaren Group (auto manufacturing), FAI Aviation Group (aviation), Grupo Premo (electromagnetics), Aleastur (aluminium alloy manufacturing) and Gulf Cryo (industrial gases).
We create value through strong partnerships and active management, by identifying and implementing value-enhancing initiatives to enable sustainable growth within our portfolio companies.
